What data we process

When you submit a form (meeting request, question, accessibility report, press release subscription) we process the data you provide yourself: name, e-mail address, phone number, district and the text of the message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data exclusively to handle your request or suggestion and to send press releases if you have subscribed. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of local government tasks in accordance with applicable regulations.

Retention period

We keep the data only for the time necessary to handle the request, at most for the period set by the records management rules. You can cancel the subscription at any time.

Your rights

You have the right of access to the data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
